01 Your plan
Trial, outlets, and what it will cost.
- Open Billing.It shows your plan, your outlets, when the trial ends and what the first charge will be.
02 Auto-debit
Set it up once; every renewal is then collected automatically.
- Choose how you want to pay: UPI Autopay, a bank mandate (eNACH) or a card.
- Choose Continue to secure payment.This opens Razorpay's checkout. OCTYN never sees your card or bank details.
- On Razorpay's page, enter your mobile number and email and choose Continue.It shows the first charge and every renewal.
- Pick UPI, card or bank mandate and approve it with your bank.
- Once your bank approves, the first charge runs and your plan turns active.Renewals are then collected automatically.
03 Invoices and changes
A GST invoice for every charge; change your plan or outlets at any time.
- Open Invoices to download the GST tax invoice for any charge as a PDF.
- Open Switch to yearly (or Switch to monthly) to change your billing cycle.Yearly is 10% off. The new cycle starts at your next renewal; nothing is charged the day you switch.
04 Add-ons
Anomaly Watch, AI Ask and Tanker planning — ₹199 per outlet per month each, plus GST.
- Scroll to Add-ons on the Billing page.Every add-on is free during your trial. Each extra outlet is 20% off, and yearly billing takes 10% off.
- Choose Add beside the one you want.You pay for the days left in this billing period now, and from your renewal it is part of your auto-debit.
- Approve the updated auto-debit once in your UPI app or with your card.Your bank cannot change an existing UPI or bank mandate, so a new one replaces it and the old one is cancelled straight away.
