The operating system for modern fuel stations.
OCTYN is an ERP built for petroleum retail in India — unifying inventory, sales, accounting, reconciliation, analytics, and compliance in a single platform.
Every shift ends in a guessing game.
Manual tallies on paper or Excel leave shortages unnoticed until month-end. Cash doesn't match meter readings. By the time the variance is found, a dozen more have compounded on top.
See how OCTYN solves thisYour roster lives in a WhatsApp group.
Shift assignments sent as messages. Attendance on paper. Payroll calculated by hand — slowly, with errors. Shortage deductions are guessed. No audit trail. No accountability.
See how OCTYN solves thisStation 3 is a black box.
Multi-station owners flying blind. Each outlet reports on its own schedule, in its own format. Anomalies surface at year-end audits — not in real-time alerts where they could be acted on.
See how OCTYN solves thisSomeone remembers the license expiry. Usually.
PESO licenses, fire NOCs, insurance policies — scattered across inboxes and drawers. Renewals are missed. Audits turn into searches. The cost is a fine, a shutdown notice, or both.
See how OCTYN solves thisOne interconnected ecosystem — not six tools.
Every part shares the same shift, the same stock, and the same ledger. Book a sale and inventory already knows. Flag a shortage in reconciliation and Accounting already adjusted.
Daily Operations & Reconciliation
Open and close every shift with nozzle readings, capture the day’s sales, and reconcile cash to the meter before anyone goes home — variances caught the same day, not at month-end.
Fuel Purchase & OMC Accounts
From invoice to stock, with the oil-company prepaid balance always in view. Upload an OMC invoice — the PDF or a phone photo — and AI reads the litres, rates, and taxes for you.
Sales, Pricing & Credit
Move rates the instant the oil company does, and manage every credit customer down to the last rupee — limits, ageing, receipts, and statements in one place.
Lubricants & Non-Fuel Retail
Run the shop alongside the forecourt — a GST-ready counter POS, live inventory, and stock-takes for lubricants and every non-fuel item you sell.
Accounting & Compliance
A full ledger built for petroleum retail — expenses, P&L, day book, and bank reconciliation — with GST returns and statutory registers ready when the auditor is.
Staff, Payroll & Owner MIS
Attendance, advances, and payroll runs with payslips — plus an owner dashboard, a report builder, and multi-outlet analytics that push the one alert that needs you.
Built for every fuel network you run.
OCTYN works with every major Indian oil company — per-brand pricing, AI invoice extraction, and OMC account tracking, whichever network you run.
OMC Account Balance
Track your oil-company prepaid and payable balance in real time. Every indent draws down the balance, every top-up is logged, and OCTYN warns you before the account runs dry — so supply never stalls at the pump.
An ERP that thinks ahead.
OCTYN doesn't wait for month-end to tell you something went wrong. It watches balances, shifts, documents, and credit — and pushes the one alert that needs you, the moment it matters.

Straight answers, before the demo.
The things dealers ask us first. Anything else, the form below reaches a person within one business day.
Which oil companies does OCTYN support?
Dealers of Indian Oil, BPCL, HPCL, Jio-bp, Nayara and Shell. Per-brand pricing, AI extraction of each company's invoice format and the OMC account ledger that tracks your prepaid or payable balance work the same way whichever network you run.
What does OCTYN cost?
₹1,099 per month plus GST for your first outlet, every core module included, and 20% off each outlet after it (₹879.20 a month). Pay monthly, or yearly at 10% off — ₹989.10 a month, billed once at ₹11,869.20 plus GST. Anomaly Watch, AI Ask and Tanker planning are optional add-ons at ₹199 per outlet per month each, free during your trial. Billing is through Razorpay.
Can I run more than one station on one account?
Yes. Add outlets to the same account and the owner dashboard, reports and alerts cover all of them. Additional outlets are purchased from inside the platform, and each outlet keeps its own shifts, stock and ledger.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OCTYN runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone. You can add it to a phone's home screen like an app, and it sends alerts as notifications if you allow them.
How does shift reconciliation work?
Every shift opens and closes with nozzle readings. OCTYN works out the litres sold per nozzle and product, compares dispensing against the cash and payment-mode collections entered at close, and flags any variance the same day, attributed to the attendant on that shift.
How does AI invoice extraction work?
Upload the oil-company invoice, as the PDF or as phone photos of the paper, and OCTYN reads the litres, rates and taxes into a purchase entry for you to confirm. The confirmed purchase updates your stock and your OMC account balance.
Does OCTYN handle GST?
Yes. Non-fuel sales are billed GST-inclusive at the counter, and the accounts module produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns and the statutory registers from the same ledger, ready for your CA.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your records stay in your account, and you can export them as Excel, PDF or Tally files whenever you want. The Privacy Policy explains how they are protected.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@octynerp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid term. Fees for a term that has already started are generally non-refundable; the Cancellation and Refund Policy has the detail.
